A quilting class designed for true beginner quilters (with prior sewing experience). We will cover the basics of quilt making: rotary cutting, grain of fabric, piecing blocks with 1/4 ” seams, terminology of quilt patterns, how to sandwich your quilt layers, and bind straight sides. You may use one of our machines that include 1/4″ foot, Walking Foot, and BSR foot (Bernina Stitch Regulator) if you don’t have one, but you will have homework so you will have to be able to complete work in between classes!
