Northwood Retail, a leading leasing and real estate management firm, announces four new tenants at Waverly Place, Cary’s premier shopping and entertainment center.
Popular sushi and Asian fusion restaurant, TASU Asian Bistro, will occupy 3,300-square-feet near CinéBistro. This will be the third restaurant for the Shiki-TASU brand. Kale Me Crazy will open an 1,800-square-foot superfood café next to Parlor Blow Dry Bar. Featuring their signature mix of cold-pressed juices, smoothies and raw foods, the location will be the first to open in North Carolina.
Joining the center’s growing wellness offerings is BodyLase. The area’s leading medical spa, BodyLase, will move their existing Cary operation to Waverly Place this spring. The 2,500-square-foot spa will offer the latest in laser hair removal, skin and body rejuvenation, and anti-aging treatments.
“We selected Waverly Place for our new Cary location based on its beautiful grounds, attraction of high-end clientele, complementary businesses, and exciting events,” said BodyLase owner and founder, Karen Albright. “We’re thrilled our clients will be able to enjoy all the amenities Waverly Place has to offer.”
“We continue to expand and diversify our tenant mix to give shoppers new and exciting choices,” said Ward Kampf, President of Northwood Retail. “The addition of these retailers and restaurants transforms Waverly Place into a full shopping, dining, and service destination for the Cary resident.”
