As picnic season picks up, Waverly Place is thrilled to welcome Pineapple Sol to the tenant mix!
Now open on The Park level across from Enrigo Italian Bistro, the picnic-style concept will serve breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch. The restaurant features fresh pastries, a seasonal menu, and a selection of custom charcuterie boards, cakes, desserts and catering services.
Waverly Place is Pineapple Sol’s first ever brick-and-mortar shop after female minority owners, Dahiana Vitabar and Aleena Azhar, successfully launched the businesses online in January 2021. “The food we are serving comes inspired by our different cultures and backgrounds, especially the fresh pastries,” said Azhar. “We want the space to be the travel spot everyone visits, and the community loves to know. We plan to do special events such as high tea and other fun activities, along with popups with different chefs so we can bring different flavors to our seasonal menu.”
