10 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Cooking Demos & Sampling

-Sample and learn to make Mini Mushroom and Truffle Omelets, Avocado Toast with Lime Balsamic Vinegar and Turmeric Tea.

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Beer, Brats & Sides

-Try Wisconsin Bratwurst with vomFASS mustards, German Potato Salad, Blaukraut (red cabbage), Gingerbread Cookies, Beer and Apple Punch.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Salad Dressings Workshop**

-Enjoy salad and learn how to make 3 favorite homemade dressings featuring vomFASS Oils, Vinegars and Spices.

5 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Holiday Appetizers & Wines**

-Discover your holiday spirit with 5 holiday appetizers expertly paired with 5 wines. Co-hosted with Triangle Wine Company.

Sunday, November 3

1 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Salad Dressings Workshop**
